Friendly, helpful staff Very quiet in rooms, could not hear noise from hallway
No bad experience but would suggest cleaning hallway carpet as it appeared very stained.

Had very very good experience, overall original place.
Comfy and magnificent location in center of motel doors made it easy to get to key attractions. The food provided was good! Outstanding service, even though a few employees were a bit rude.

Good location, clean and well kept, reasonable value. The pillows were nice, and the bed was comfortable. Easy check in.
The lady that takes care of the breakfast room is not very nice. Refuses to refill breakfast items that had run out, even though there was more than an hour left for breakfast. She also inexplicably lifted the lid on my kids wafile maker when it still had over a minute to cook, refusing to let it finish cooking. I have no idea what her issue was.

I stayed here for one night and found the room clean, quiet, and spacious. The friendly front desk staff was great, while being just under 3 km from the beautiful Blue Hole park allowed for a lovely morning stroll before hitting the local attractions.

Though parts of the property were being renovated, our room was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was generous and good quality.
No fault of the hotel, but Santa Rosa water is awful, so in-room coffee was a bust.
